Universal Program Terms
Access Term
Your enrollment includes access to the course materials (the “Course Vault”) and the Alumni Community for 12 months beginning on your program start date. Course Vault access includes lesson recordings, tools, templates, scripts, checklists, and assessments made available as part of your program.
Alumni Community & Office Hours
Alumni Community access includes peer discussion and weekly group Alumni Office Hours hosted by Scott Berry. Office Hours are held every Wednesday at 2 p.m. Central.
Renewal
After the 12-month access term ends, firms may renew access at the then-current alumni rate.
Delivery & Recordings
Live sessions (if included in your selected option) are recorded when possible. If a live recording fails, a prerecorded version of the lesson may be provided. Recordings and assets are provided for training and implementation purposes.
Certification
Certification is awarded based on completion requirements that may include attendance or recording review, assignments, and a competency assessment. Certification criteria may be updated to improve outcomes.
License & Use
Enrollment grants a limited, non-transferable license for the purchasing firm and its registered participants to use the program materials internally. You may not share, resell, publish, distribute, or reproduce program materials outside your firm, including recordings, templates, scripts, and tools. Unauthorized sharing may result in termination of access without refund.
No Guarantee of Results
This program provides training and implementation guidance. Results vary based on your firm’s follow-through, staffing, market, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rates, or outcomes.
Community Guidelines
Do not share confidential client information or sensitive firm data in the community. We may remove participants who violate community guidelines or disrupt the learning environment. Removal for cause does not entitle the firm to a refund.
Program Updates
We may update the curriculum, templates, scripts, tools, assessments, and community features to improve outcomes. Content may change over time.
Notices
Program communications will be sent to the purchaser and registered participants via email. Please ensure participants register using a firm business email address.

Payment Method Notes
Credit Card
Credit card payments are processed immediately on the checkout page at the time of enrollment.
ACH & Monthly Installments
If you choose ACH or monthly installments, you will receive an invoice checkout link by email immediately after submitting the enrollment form. Monthly installment schedules, when offered, require payment in the predefined installments.
Seat Reservation
For the invoice path, your seat is reserved immediately upon invoice send — not upon receipt of first payment.
Note on weekly installments: Weekly installment plans are not offered at launch. Only monthly installment schedules are available.

Start Timing
Private installs may be started at any time by request with one week’s notice, subject to scheduling availability.
Refund Policy
A 100% satisfaction guarantee applies through the end of Lesson 2. No refunds are issued once Lesson 3 begins. If a refund is approved, access to the Course Vault and Alumni Community will be revoked upon processing.
